Syndicai

Founder & CEO, 2019 — 2022

I founded Syndicai, a low-code MLOps SaaS platform for fast AI model deployments to production. This was intended to help AI teams focus on developing models rather than infrastructure setup, by significantly reducing the time to value from trained AI models to production-ready APIs.

Under my leadership, we managed to achieve the following milestones:

  • Financial Success: Secured a 50k Euro investment from APX, backed by Porsche & Axel Springer.
  • Technical Innovation: Developed a cloud-agnostic platform, optimized for AI and versatile in deploying any docker container, thanks to collaborations with leading AI Cloud Engineers and input from field AI engineers.
  • Market Penetration and Growth: Attracted nearly 1k users, with our SEO-driven website bringing in 250 weekly visitors primarily through organic traffic, complemented by our active participation in conferences, hackathons, and talks.
  • User Experience Excellence: Earned acclaim for our platform's UX and UI design, crafted from extensive user feedback, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user interface.
  • Strategic Business Relationships: Built strong ties with about 500 AI engineers and business executives, including collaborations with Nvidia, Intel, Porsche AG, Axel Springer, and Booking.

Syndicai has often been likened to 'a Vercel or a Netlify for AI' for it's ease of use and strong UX.

Maspex Group

Data Scientist, 2019

By 2018, I found myself at Maspex Group, a giant in Europe's FMCG sector. I became part of an innovative team within the newly minted 'data monetization' department. My role revolved around leveraging analytics and AI to transform trade marketing. It was all about enhancing decision-making and refining strategies through the power of technology, making every move more intelligent and impactful.

BICI Lab

Deep Learning Researcher, 2017 — 2018

Fast forward to 2017, my fascination with AI led me to London to pursue a Master's in Deep Learning. This journey brought me to BICI Lab, where I rolled up my sleeves to work with neural networks and autoencoders. Here, I delved into how AI could revolutionize design and engineering, turning creative ideas into smarter, technology-driven solutions.

Laskowski Design

Founder & CEO, 2013 — 2017

My adventure began back in my college days (2013), when I jumped into the entrepreneurial deep end with Laskowski Design. This was my playground for merging art with functionality, where 2D and 3D designs weren't just about looking good, but also about solving real problems. It was an exciting start, blending creativity with practicality.
